EFC can provide a full range of products and services for dry risers (dry standpipes), including materials, installation, and inspection in compliance with national standards around the world.
In the event of high fire or a large fire in a building, the fire brigade sometimes loses a lot of valuable time with unrolling and/or pulling up fire hoses while extinguishing the blaze. Dry risers are essential in certain types of buildings to avoid this. These lines consist of steel pipes fitted with supply couplings and fire hose couplings.
We can supply fire hydrants, Storz couplings, wall cabinets and the like for every floor of the building. Fire extinguishing systems are suitable for use in residential, utility, and industrial buildings.

Inspection
Dry risers are checked and inspected in accordance with NEN 1594. The check includes full inspection of the supply couplings and fire hydrants as well as hydraulic testing of the lines. This inspection must be repeated regularly at a maximum interval of 5 years.
